Life is Pain…

I used to wonder why bad things happened to me and how they never seemed to stop. The bad things pile up, and it is overwhelming. If it wasn’t for writing, I might have drowned long ago. So, believe me when I tell you to hold on even to the smallest of things. They are what will keep your head above water. they will help you keep afloat.

Much like everyone else, I set out to find my place in the world. I seek to find happiness but only find suffering in my journey. Soon, I realized that your place is not something you get but rather something you make.

Thus began my path of making something for myself. Yet, it wasn’t all that simple.

Manifest Your Direction

Buddhists believe in the cycle of Samara. It means that you and I will experience suffering many times. Or, as the great philosopher Gregory House puts it: Life is pain! I may not agree with the concept of reincarnation, but I agree that the suffering we have to endure is endless. Besides change, pain is another constant in life.

A lot would go wrong in life. It’s getting married to get divorced or working for ten years only to be laid off. It’s about never taking a puff of cigarette only to find out you are dying from lung cancer. Life is not fair. It never is; it is suffering – life is pain

Regardless, the best thing we can do is to remain faithful to your mission. No matter how simple it is, you must stay committed and endure. You stay on the path and be on it for the long run, even when things don’t go your way.

It may come to you as a surprise, but women are exceptional at sensing a man’s lack of commitment. If you have even the slightest uncertainty or lack of direction, your woman will find out. If life is pain, then so are the women, but they are also a celebration of your manhood and your existence.

Whether it is sex, money, or emotions, women have the uncanny ability to sense your lack of commitment. You don’t even have to say anything; they will feel your doubts about your actions. As if your entire existence will put them in a state of unrest.

It doesn’t mean you have to be a millionaire CEO or a superstar athlete. The important thing is that you are accountable and committed to your direction. That life, no matter how painful, becomes more bearable. Your woman would get confident that no matter what life throws at you, you’ll remain committed.

If your woman grows weary of you, she will begin to ask herself if this is what your relationship amounts to? She will start looking for direction herself and will attempt to impose it on you. As a result, the dynamics of your relationship will forever change. Life is pain, and your life would get a lot harder if you don’t do anything about it.

Women need to trust your integrity because they know that it comes from your deepest core. If she cannot rely on your sincerity, they will wonder if she ever knew you at all. If she doesn’t know you at all, then there is no point in her staying. She needs a solid ground she can stand on, a firm area that you provide with your clarity.

The more uncertain you are of your direction, the more she will need to focus her energy on hers. Becoming more committed does not mean you have to work even more. Remember that women are more in touch with their emotions than men. You just have to make them feel that you are committed to your most sincere truth.

It doesn’t matter if your woman makes more than you – or even if she earns all the money in your relationship. What matters is if she can feel your love and commitment to her and the direction you are heading, she would trust you as long as you take everything into account. What is important is that you live your life devoted to loving her and your life.

Life is pain. No matter what you do, things will get hard, and they will never stop. Don’t fall into the illusion that someday things will get better. They never will, so choose your pain and choose life.

Your woman must be able to trust you to take charge of your life regardless of what happens. She is not your babysitter, so quit expecting that she will care for you when things go sideways. Accept that life is pain and it is never-ending. Yet, you don’t despair just because things got a little rough. Instead, you manifest your direction even more.
