Stress – we all experience it. I never knew anyone who has not experienced stress. It can get overwhelming when dealing with what life is throwing at you. It can be quite crushing to work and be a student or raise a kid on your own. If there is one thing I learned about life is, it rarely goes your way. Life is never linear; it always has its roadblocks – it has some unforeseen challenges ahead.life
Lately, I have found myself in a vicious cycle of stress and anxiety. There is too much to take in that I have been struggling to take care of myself. I am having some difficulty breathing whenever my worries are kicking in. I gained some weight and felt a bit sluggish. I am also having some difficulties in getting sleep. I am out of focus most of the time, and I am complaining the other day about how tired I am even after waking up. My immune system is weak, and I have been smoking a lot.

Take care of yourself Mr. A. As for me, my main worries revolve around my aging parents (both in their mid-80s). I pray that I will see them soon, but this pandemic has derailed my travel plans.
