TMI Tuesday # 16

Random shit

1. Which do you make more of phone calls or text messages?
Text messages, I make calls when it’s uber important. eg. emergencies, banks and etc.

2. Before making a phone call, do you ever rehearse what you are going to say? Why?
Nope, but I do think about the words to use. I have the tendency to rub people the wrong way.

3. Name three things you and your partner appear to have in common.
The love of books and fucking, and how much we both despise kale chips, salted egg flavored stuff, and mason jars

4. Name three things about which you and your partner completely disagree and often causes arguments.
So far, just one. When I wrote something about dying that she doesn’t agree with.

5. 74 percent of couples bought a brand new mattress when they began their relationship. As you embark on a serious relationship would you request your significant another buy a new mattress or would you buy a new mattress if the s.o. asked you to do so?
I don’t see why not, does not really matter to me.

Bonus: If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about your future, what would you want to know?
Okay, crystal ball. Tell me will I ever get to tell the world’s greatest joke that no one ever gets tired of?

  1. the mattress question was so weird, more personal than asking if you really love me kind of weird! you do not like salted egg flavoured stuff! I love them and recently had a lava cake with it dripping all over, decadent and so sinfully good!

    1. I think I would change mattress if we were sleeping together on a daily basis; like living together under one roof.
But if not, I don’t see any reason to change mattresses.

About the salted egg flavor, I don’t know. It just doesn’t appeal to my palate much like iced coffee. I mean I love coffee but always hot and never iced. 😅

      1. I wonder what the difference would make? But I think this question is like a psychological profiling kind of scenario. I would change just for hygiene if it seemed it needed it but otherwise a mattress is a mattress. i don’t care who slept on it before or will after me.

Iced coffee too!! ughh…so ok we are never going out on a date together!! JK!!

      2. Yeah, I think so too. Hotels won’t simply change their mattress because a new guest is gonna sleep on it…

Hahahaha, I don’t know. Maybe I’m just used to coffee being hot. 😅

      3. now you making think of a gross hotel encounter I had!! well at least they change the sheets!!

Malaysians drink a lot of iced beverages, is it not popular there??
